I will stamp all over 'legitimate combatant' Jake Paul - Joshua
Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout fight which will be shown live on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" his opponent as the combatants came face-to-face to promote next month's boxing match.
Former two-time world boxing king Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a mammoth disparity - at Miami's Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I will injure his face and hurt his body. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," the British boxer, 35 years old, said.
"I will dominate him completely. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to really want to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Interaction
In spite of these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Jake Paul - typically recognized for his dramatics - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead criticized former Joshua rival the Cameroonian fighter and called him "ridiculous" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Targeting Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a £1m bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's present here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite declaring he will punish Paul, Anthony Joshua declined to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he said.

Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly boxed mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.

However, the relative newcomer remains one of boxing's greatest financial successes, regularly earning massive financial rewards.

The 28-year-old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would prevent the long-awaited Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently in the works for 2026.
"The next fight will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Paul stated.
